RECIPE
Peel and grate 1 kg carrots and boil with one lt milk till on low till all the milk is boiled.
Then add 1 cup of ghee (Clarified butter) and braise well .
Then in a separate pot braise ¼ cup semolina and 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) braise well then add into the carrot mixture.
And allow to braise on low .
Then add in 2 tins condensed milk and 1 small tin Nestlé cream,
1/2cup sugar and
¼ cup klim and elachie, nutmeg, fine and sliced badaam and keep stirring on low and allow to braise till nice and brown.
the mixture must resemble crumble yet wet texture must not be sticky like cake batter
