1 kg Chicken fillet ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon chicken spice 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Bread crumbs as required
Cut fillet into strips and marinate in above ingredients for an hour or two. Coat strips in breadcrumbs and place in greased Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees till done. Halfway through remove foil and give chicken a toss in order to bake evenly on both sides. Serve with a dip of your choice. ENJOY
