Marinade chicken in first 9 ingredients for atleast 2 hours
Heat some butter or ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot add the onions , jeera seeds and chillies allow to braise until onions soft . Add ginger garlic as well as the chicken . Cook for 10 minutes add the tomatoes and cook completely . Add the sauces with some water and simmer . Garnish with dhania (coriander) Serve with roti or rog be naan .
