INGREDIENTS
½ kilo carrots grated½ litre full cream milk1 teaspoon Cardamon powder⅓ cup sugar¼ cup fresh cream¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ cup milk powder (klim/ nesprey)Pinch saffron
METHOD
1. Melt ghee (Clarified butter) in a pan with Cardamon powder 2. Add carrots and mix with ghee (Clarified butter)3. Add slowly milk, fresh cream, milk powder, saffron and sugar and cook on medium heat until all the milk is absorbed, keep stirring occasionally4. Garnish with rose petals & almondsServe warm
