Marinate 1Β½ kg leg mutton with:2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon ground Fennel powder1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon garam masala Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies Add meat 2 pot. Allow 2 fry.Add in2 finely diced onions 2 cups liquidised tomatoes Cook on low for 40 minutes.Add in 6 potatoes Β½Ed.Add in Β½ tin Tomato π puree 3 tablespoon brown sugar Β½ cup fried onions π° ΒΌ cup curry leaves Saffron essence Add water and simmer till potatoes r soft and gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander).πβοΈServe with rotis or rice & salad π₯ Optional:1 can coconut cream
