INGREDIENTS
2 onions chopped finely ghee (Clarified butter)¼ cup jeeru (cumin) seeds pepper corns cloves Elachi (cardomom) pods cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) and 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon steak and chop spice 2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala and 1 teaspoon garlic ginger mix 5 tomato grated tomato paste 1 sachet 3 onions peeled and cut in 4's greens for garnish
METHOD
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with whole spices.1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds 5 of each pepper corn cloves Elachi (cardomom) and A cinnamon stick.braise till onion Browns add all the masalas and dry spices Add your meat to this mixture and cook it on med heat till ¾ done.then add your tomato,tomato paste potatoes cook fully garnish with greens and serve with roti or rice
