INGREDIENTS
1 can butter beans in tomatoe sauce Oil 2 tomatoes puréed Handful of curry leaves chopped 1 onion chopped 1 potato cubed 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi Red chilli powder to taste Salt to taste U can slit 1 fresh green chilli and add - optional . Handful chopped green dhania (coriander)
METHOD
add the oil and onions and curry leaves, allow to braise until the onions are soft , Add the ginger garlic paste braise for 30 seconds and add the tomatoes as well as the potato cubes and all the remaining spices . Mix well allow this to cook until tomato water has dried out add ¼ cup water and the tin of the butter beans cook on low add another 1 cup of water and cook . Garnish with dhania (coriander)
INFO & TIPS
Add more water if necessary
Serve with roti
