Kebabs-½ kg chicken mince1 onion (grated, liquid squeezed out)2-3 slices white bread (crusts removed & soaked)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 tablespoon ground garlic1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1⁄4 bunch fresh coriander (finely chopped)
Sauce-60g butter250ml fresh cream2 tablespoon ground garlic3-4 tablespoon lemon juice Pinch saltPinch white pepper
Kebabs-1. Mix all kebab ingredients.2. Roll in golf ball sizes in greased hands.3. Freeze till firm, then steam till done.
Sauce-1. Melt butter, add garlic and saute. 2. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh cream and mix in. 3. Bring to boil and thicken.4. If you do not want sauce reducing too much, add a Tablespoon of flour, and whisk in.5. Allow to thicken.
Assembly-1. Pour sauce over kebabs.2. Allow to heat together.3. Garnish with dried parsley.
