INGREDIENTS
1 packet knor veg soup ½ kg fillet chopped in fine small pieces 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon each: green chillie arad (Turmeric) dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) chicken spice garlic pepper salt and pepper
1 tin sweet corn ½ litre white sauce 125 fresh cream(optional)
METHOD
First braise chicken in spice.Then add packet soup mixed with water cook through.Then add white sauce 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon flour milk to make sauce .Cook slowly so it doesn't form lumpsAdd to soup Add 125 fresh cream Then add chopped greens dhania (coriander) spring onion Enjoy hot with some croutons or toast cut up 😍
