INGREDIENTS
2 kg mutton1 cabbage 1 onion 2 curry spoon masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 2 teaspoon jeera seeds 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 2 teaspoon jeera powder 2 teaspoon turmeric 3 tomato Salt per your taste Curry leaf dhania (coriander)Oil per your amount
METHOD
Let oil get hot.. Then put in the onion followed by your curry leaf and jeera seeds. Once that is fried. Then and your spice then add your meat and tomato and salt.. Let that cook on low for while. After the meat is soft then add the cut up cabbage.cook that till the cabbage is soft.. Once cooked. Then and some dhania (coriander).. Enjoyπ
