INGREDIENTS
½ pot of Water500gr Macaroni2 teaspoon Salt
White sauce :3 cups Milk2&½ tablespoon Flour120 gr Butter½ teaspoon Black pepperSalt to taste.
METHOD
Boil the mac with 2 teaspoon Salt.
Mix the milk, flour and butter together with a whisk till it boils and thickens.Add in the salt and pepper.
Drain the mac, pour in the sauce while still hot, put alot of cheese of your choice in and mix quickly so that the cheese melts.Sprinkle mixed herbs over.
