1 kg washed & drained mutton curry pieces. Pressure Cook with 1 tablespoon ginger garlic & 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Braise 2 chopped onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with: cloves peppercorns slit chillies taj whole jeeru (cumin) Add in meat 2 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon biryani masala Cool few minutes.Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes & 1 tin tomato and onion mix & 1 packet tomato paste Cook for 20 minutes.Add in 6 potatoes ½Ed.2 cups water2 tablespoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) Cook on low till potatoes are soft and gravy is thick.
Garnish with greens. Serve with rice or rotis
