½ kg long green beans sliced2 whole green chillies2 teaspoon crushed garlicSalt to taste ½ teaspoon haldi 2 teaspoon fine dhana2 teaspoon fine jeera1 teaspoon coarse red chillies2 medium tomatoes liquidised 2 potatoes cut onto 4 pieces.
Heat oil in a pot add the sliced onions and braise untill its a light brown,add the garlic braise a little.Add in the rest of the dry spices.Add in the tomato and cook untill water evaporates.Add in the sliced green beans and potatoes.Untill potatoes are soft.Garnish with fresh chopped dhania (coriander).Serve with fresh hot roti.

Tip Pour boiling water over your sliced green beans and leave for about 2 mins.Drain and rinse with cold water.
Steam potatoes in microwave untill soft.
