Dough: 2 & ½ cup flour2 & ½ teaspoon Baking powder 1 cup yogurt OR fresh cream (maybe a little extra) Knead well and set aside for 15 minutes Roll out and bake for 10 minutesRemove and add your toppings and bake again. (MAKES 3 PIZZA'S)
TOPPING: 3 chicken fillet peices cubed1 teaspoon tandoori masala 2 teaspoon red chilli powder (depending on level of heat you want)1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste4 tablespoon oil A small block of butter(optional)Salt to taste Mix well and cook Fry potato chips (fries), add salt and set aside. SAUCE: As needed:MayonnaiseChilli saucegarlic sauce Steers peri peri sauceNandos sauceJimmy's hot sauce Chilli powder Mix well (ALTERNATIVELY YOU COULD JUST BUY PIZZA SAUCE) Cheese: Cheddar and Mozzarella Spread the sauce on the base, sprinkle some oregano, spread the chicken and chips. Top with grated cheese. Top with onion rings and capsicum and other toppings of your choice. Bake till done.
