3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
salt & pepper to taste
3 tablespoon milk
1 green chillie sliced
1⁄4 onion chopped
4 cocktail tomatoes sliced
garlic polony sliced
chopped dhania (coriander) & spring onions
Beat eggs,milk,salt & pepper .
Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) in a non stick pan
Pour in egg mixture & carefully place the tomatoes,polony, onion & green chillie over egg. Close pan with a lid & allow to slow cook. After 3 minutes flip omelet over & cook for 1 minute. Flip over again & Sprinkle Cheese & Oreganum until melted. Sprinkle chopped dhania (coriander) & spring onions .
