-1 ½ cups chicken (finely cubed) fillet
-¾ teaspoon salt
-½ teaspoon crushed green chilli
-½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
-1 teaspoon freshly ground garlic
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 block of frozen Methi (Fenugreek) baaji (its around the same amount as 2 normal size ice cubes)
-1 tin macaroni and cheese
-½ cup cheese sauce (any)
-½ cup grated cheddar cheese
-½ cup grated red leicester OR gouda cheese
1.)melt butter on medium heat,add the chicken,salt,chilli,garlic and pepper,when halfway cooked add the Methi (Fenugreek) baaji cook till dry.
2.)remove from cooker and mix the macaroni in while the chicken is still hot.
3.)leave to cool then add the cheese sauce and grated cheddar and red leicester cheese-mix well then place the mixture in the fridge for about an hour(thickens sauce and and makes it easier to shape).
4.)remove from fridge and roll into balls. Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs - repeat this process so its double dipped in egg and breadcrumbs.
6.)remove from freezer and deep fry in medium hot oil while still frozen.
