500g chicken fillet (cubed small)1 onion (finely sliced)2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 tub Lancewood plain cream cheese¼ cup chopped peppadews (or more)2 tablespoon brine from peppadew bottle
1. Saute onion in butter oil till lightly golden.2. Add chicken, chillies, garlic, spices and brine.3. Cook till done.4. Allow to cool to warm.5. Add cream cheese and peppadews. Mix in.
Note: Fill into pies when completely cooled. Do not fill pies too full as cream cheese bubbles when cooking in pies.
I also added some sauted sliced garlic mushrooms to filling.
