DO NOT MICROWAVE WHEN YOU REHEATING +-2 ½ cups flour ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon milk powder Add all of above together Mix well with the undermentioned ¼ cup oil +-1 ¼ cup warm water Bind dough with warm water and oil mix Allow dough to rise 1-½ hours in warm place
Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll lengthwise or rounds fry on tawa. Or Bauer pan..as for Roti Remove from stove brush with butter as you seko Keep wrapped in cloth cover Brush with butter again when you heat again seko Only On Tawa or Bauer
