Sweet corn cut into 2 or 3 pieces Sweet potatoes cut Small potatoes or wedges from big Carrots Butternut slicesJam squash Green peppers Red peppers
Butter 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 2 tablespoon parsley 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice Salt to taste2 tablespoon sugar ¼ cup fresh cream ¼ cup milk
In a huge pot layer all the veggies and sprinkle all the spices give it a toss before steaming , add blobs of butter some water close the pot lid and allow to steam on meduim heat until all veggies are soften . add the sugar , milk and cream and simmer .
serve immediately .
serve with chicken or leg roast . kebabs etc
