6 small baby marrows (or 3 large zucchini- depends what you have available)2 eggs¾ cup spinach (if using frozen, pour over hot water and drain)⅓ cup flour1 teaspoon crushed green chillies½ cup cheese (or I used labneh)½ cup frozen corn (Cooked)Salt and pepper to taste. I added red pepper flakes.
1. Grate marrows, sprinkle with salt and drain. The salt helps to drain the excess water out.2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.3. Melt oil in a non stick pan and drop spoonfuls into the pan, flattening out slightly.

Simply amazing, so delicious. Makes a great snack for toddlers as well.
optional: chopped pepper dews, spring onion, dhania, onion. Throw in any of these goodies for a special taste!
