6 small baby marrows (or 3 large zucchini- depends what you have available)
3⁄4 cup spinach (if using frozen, pour over hot water and drain)
1⁄3 cup flour
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1⁄2 cup cheese (or I used labneh)
1⁄2 cup frozen corn (Cooked)
Salt and pepper to taste. I added red pepper flakes.
1. Grate marrows, sprinkle with salt and drain. The salt helps to drain the excess water out.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Melt oil in a non stick pan and drop spoonfuls into the pan, flattening out slightly.

Simply amazing, so delicious. Makes a great snack for toddlers as well.
optional: chopped pepper dews, spring onion, dhania, onion. Throw in any of these goodies for a special taste!
