6 tablespoon Sago 500ml full cream milk 250ml fresh creamCondensed milk 1 tin fruit cocktail
Boil the sago and milk in a non stick pot till the sago is puffed, cooked and transparent. The milk will reduce to about 400ml now. (Or boil the sago in water till cooked, drain and add to 400ml boiled milk). Switch off and add condensed milk according to the sweetness you prefere. Bring to room temperature and then chill in the freezer to get cold quick. You can put it into the fridge to cool down...I put mine in the freezer when I'm in a bit of a rush.Once super cold put your fruit cocktail into the sago milk mixture. Mix well. You can add as much fruit or which ever fruit u prefer. Save some for the top garnish.Whip the cream till stiff peaks. Add to the mixture and mix lightly. Save some to pipe on top.Place into serving bowl. Pipe a little cream on top. Garnish with remaining fruit pieces Allow to chill in the fridge till ready to serve.Enjoy.
