My styleTried and tested
Mix together +- 1 ¼ cup four1 grated onion (squeezed)1 finely chopped green chilli (add more if preferred)1 teaspoon crushed red chilli2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt ( adjust the taste)Chopped green dhania (coriander)½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) (optional)Now take Add 1 can sweetcorn Mix and then Add 1egg beaten and added to +-½ cup waterMix both together and add to the above flour mixtureAdd more water if necessary to get a nice thickish batterKeep aside Heat oil in deep small potFry in medium heat until golden light brown in colourServe warm with chutney of choiceEnjoy
