INGREDIENTS
Mugni Dhar Bhajias

Ingredients:½ cup yellow lentils (mugni dhar)2 tablespoon oil1 onion (sliced)1 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder¼ teaspoon turmeric¼ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon fine saltchopped dhania (coriander) chopped spring onionWater (as needed)2 tablespoon chana flour¼ cup self raising flour
METHOD
1. Soak dhar for 3 hours.2. Rinse and add all spices and chillies.3. Heat oil, braise onion till soft.4. Add dhar and a little water and cook till soft. Use water as needed.5. When cooked add chopped greens. Mix in.6. Allow to cool, then add in flours.7. Roll in well greased hands into balls.8. Leave in fridge to firm up whilst heating oil.9. Medium oil on medium heat, fry till golden.10. Serve hot with chutney or a yoghurt dip.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
