INGREDIENTS
1 cup chana flour
½ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground dry dhana
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 tablespoon oil
½ tomato chopped
½ onion chopped
Red masala or green chillies to taste
Chopped green dhania (coriander)
Chopped spring onion
1 egg optional
1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder with enough water to make a thick batter.mix in baking powder before frying.
INFO & TIPS
I used three green chillies and omitted the spring onions.tasted great.
