My Style Method no 1See for Easy method no egg no bread (Just add ready mixed bhajia ) Method no 21 & ½ chicken fillet cubed or stripsSteam in pot or +-5 minutWith little ginger garlic and extra crushed chilli salt no oil When cookedAdd 2 cup Pea Flour½ cup (cake flour or again pea flour)Pinch of sugar1 Large onion finely choppedFew lettuce leaves finely cut 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli1 & ½ teaspoon finely chopped green chillies1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon crushed Dhana seeds1 teaspoon crushed JeeraHandful of green dhania (coriander) Chopped shallot+-1 & ¼ teaspoon salt or to tasteMix all together with warm waterAdd 1 teaspoon baking powder before frying in medium oilTip: Always fry 1 or 2 Bhajias first ..taste..then you can adjust the tasteFor salt or chilli to your preference.Enjoy😉
