RECIPE
1 kg cubed chicken fillet
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dry oregano
1 ½ teaspoon dhana powder only
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 tablespoon Portuguese spice (Optional)
1 tablespoon crushed or powder black
or white pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon white chilli powder (optional)
1 teaspoon ground green chilli (optional)
3-4 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
Marinate the chicken with the above spices
For The Rice (optional)
But it gives a different taste
Boil 1 ½ cups basmati rice with little salt
¼ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
Tumeric
Little vinegar
Little oil
When done drain
Add little crushed black pepper to rice to season
Add melted 2 tablespoon butter over
And mix or you
Can do wagaar style
For Sauce
White Sauce is a must for this recipe
2 tablespoon mayo
1 cup plain thick yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Or mint or dhania (coriander)
salt
Crushed black pepper
And Top with Siracha or any hot Sauce
Enjoy with
1 lettuce shredded and chopped tomato
Or a salad
To serve
You place rice top with chicken ..white sauce and hot sauce ..
Salad and
Naan Roti or Pita Or Rolls
