3 pieces chicken filelt cut into cubes 1 full teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger red chilli paste ( as needed to hoe strong you eat ) ½ fresh lemon squeezed 1 tablespoon tikka /tandoori spice1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder salt 2 tablespoon plain yogurt / greek oil 1 onion finely chopped butter and oil Approx 10 cashews soaked in hot water Add to machine and make a paste 2 tomatos pureed in machine 1 sachet tomato paste ¼ cup fresh cream
Marinade chicken atleast 1 hour In a pot add the onion butter and oil add the chicken and cook on meduim heat until chicken is completely cooked and slightly grilled looking . Remove chicken . in the same pot add some oil saute onions until translucent add the tomatoes cook until water almost dries out . Add the tomato paste and cashew paste along with some water and cook fro 5 minutes add the pieces of chicken and toss . Just before serving add the fresh cream , simmer garnish with dhania (coriander) serve with naan .
