2 cups Chana or Pea flour½ cup cake flour+- 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon full cut up red or ground green chilli masala or crushed red chilli can be used1 ½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground Dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon whole jeera¼ teaspoon ginger garlic1 large chopped or squeezed grated onion Few lettuce leaves chopped (optional)Green chopped dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon baking powderFinely chopped shallot optionalMake a better with cold waterDeep fry drop a teaspoon full in medium hot oil ,(add a pinch of salt to oil the bhajia won't soak too much oil )Enjoy with red or green chutneys
