Grated onion squeeze water out
Salt
Ground dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
chopped poi or you can use shredded lettuce
Little water to make a batter.heat deep oil and drop a tablespoon of batter fry till golden brown. enjoy on a cold winter night
