INGREDIENTS
1 brinjal cut in wedges Chilli bite mixChana flourChilli powderTumeric powderdhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin) powderGinger garlic paste(Salt-optional)Water to make a pasteChopped dhania (coriander) (optional)
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add a little water to make a smooth paste. The paste must not be runny.
Coat the brinjal halves evenly and brush both sides with oil then airfry at 180 until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with chillie sauce.
