In pot Add oilAdd 1 Medium sliced onionLittle Mustard seeds and little whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsFew Curry leaves 3 cloves sliced garlicAdd2-3 medium grated tomatoes1 ½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon tumeric Salt to tasteAdd 1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix 1Tblsp vinegarCook Add ¼ kg cut up baby brinjal (aubergine or white brinjal) (I steam a bit optional )Add handful of green peppers (optional)Cook till doneGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Enjoy with rotis
