500g mince 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon Garam Masala ¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon green masala1 ½ ginger garlic masalaChopped fresh dhania (coriander) Chutney 1 onion 1 teaspoon garlic3-4 curry leaves 1 chilli 2 tomatoes 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 ½ dhania (coriander) 1 ½ teaspoon Garam Masala 1 teaspoon Kashmiri spice Chili powder ½ teaspoon tumeric 2 tablespoon tomato paste ½ teaspoon sugar ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Braise onions, curry leave and whole chili in ghee (Clarified butter). Add garlic. Mix, cook for a minute. Add tomatoes (liquidise them first) then spices. Cook for 5 minutes then add tomato paste and sugar. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Now add kebabs and cook till meat and tomatoes are cooked.
