INGREDIENTS
I served with pastry rotiBraise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 tablespoon jeeru (cumin). when golden add 1kg chops. 1 heaped tablespoon gingergarlic. 1 teaspoon salt. cook till chops are tender.....adding water as required. when water dries add: 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)/tumeric powder. 2 heaped tablespoon mix masala. ½ teaspoon garam masala. 1 tin tomato and onion mix.2 grated tomatoes. ¼ cup tomato puree. 2 whole green chillies
METHOD
*optional....when almost done add ½ green pepper chopped in cubes......garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) and serve with rice roti or puri(tomato and onion mix could be substituted by roasting 2 large tomatoes and 1 large 2cm cube size onions)
