Boil 1 doz Green / unriped tomatoesWith 1 Small sliced onionDrain cool and liquidiseWithAdd a handful of curry leaves, green chopped dhania (coriander), mint, 1 full teaspoon somph, 1 full teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin).. Little hing..1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon mixed spice (robertsons) 3 tablespoon pickle masala..1 cup chilli sauce.. 1 teaspoon green chilli paste.. 3 tablespoon lemon juice.. ¾ cup vinegar.. 1 cup tomato sauce.. 1Tblsp paprika.. Liquidise all togetherTake ½ tamarind make juice with ½ cup water (raisins is an option.. You can liquidise)
In a seperate pot make wagaaradd little oil mustatd seeds curry leaves.. 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seeds and 1 tso somph1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Pour the sauce in the pot and bring all to boil... Cool bottle and refrigerate Adjust the salt taste... May add sugar if u prefer
