Steam approx :1 cup mix veg 1 cup green beans for 5 minutes Fry Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
for 2 minutes each side only
Chop 1 onion Purée in a machine 2 to 3 tomatoes Cook onion till soft Add:½ tspGinger1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon Green masala Squeeze of lemon juice then add :1 ½ teaspoon Dhana powder1 teaspoon Jeera ¼ teaspoon Haldi Salt to taste Chili powder to taste cook until water almost burns out Add water Add tomato paste 1 teaspoon ( optional ) Add the veggies and allow to cook alittle more Add the Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
and cook on low until water almost dried .
As aboveadd steamed carrots (optional)also add additional ½ cup steamed corn
