(My Kuchrelo Style) Wash and chop chillies blend rough not fine ( I remove some seeds as I don't like it too hot )In a pot heat +- 1 ½ cup oil Make wagaar with 2 tablespoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) Seeds2 tablespoon whole mustard seeds (Rye (black seed))2 tablespoon crushed whole Dhana seeds add few curry leaves 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or sliced garlic BraiseAdd +- 1 cup pickle masala(I don't use Methi (Fenugreek) seeds I use pickle masala) And braise Now addBraise add +- 1 kg roughly ground green chillie BraiseAdd ½ cup vinegar And Or little amli (tamerine) pulpCook on stoveBottle when cooled (Optional add 1 teaspoon tumeric,(tumeric ) and optional 2 tablespoon sugar and more vinegar)
