1 big bunch dhania (coriander) washed chopped 1 big bunch Phudina (mint) washed chopped 2-3 chopped green chillies Few cloves garlic or 2 full teaspoon crushed ½ teaspoon salt Blend Add ¼ amli (tamerine) (tamarind) soaked in 1 ½ cups water (rub for pulp and strain) ..throw away seeds +- 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice(can add more) Liquidise all of the above to a smooth Saucy dip Variations: Add 3-4 large boiled tomatoes skin removed +- 1 cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce Blend all together Keep refrigerated Delicious with savouries etc
