RECIPE
Heat curry leaves , methie seeds, mustard seeds, jeeru (cumin), crushed garlic & slivers of garlic in oil .
Then add sliced onions and saute for a few minutes. Then add salt, arad (Turmeric) ( Turmeric ), dhunia jeeru (cumin), fine red chilli powder & coarse red chilli powder into the braising onions. Braise for few minutes then add your cut pieces of brinjal & potatoes, peas etc and cook on low. I don't add any water. In last half hour of cooking I add in my small pieces of cut up tomatoes .
