2 potatoes cubed and boiled
Just over 1 cup of Chana flourAdd:Salt to taste2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder½ teaspoon turmeric/haldi2-3 green chillies finely chopped Chopped Spring onion CorianderChopped lettuce
Add 1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients well with water till a (not so thick) batter forms. (Should not be runny)
Fry in oil till golden.
INFO & TIPS
Serve hot with chai and chutney
