1 cup chana flour1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon red chilli powdercrushed green chilli (to taste)1 teaspoon crushed garlic¼ cup chopped coriander ¾ cup waterfresh green and red jalapeños (sliced into rings)1 cup spicy grated cheese (I used the Morrison’s one)2 medium onions (coarsley chopped)
1.) Add the chana flour into a bowl. Mix in the coriander, salt, chilli powder, arad (Turmeric), dhana jeeru (cumin), green chilli and garlic.2.) Make a well in the center of the flour. Gradually pour the water into the well and whisk to form a thick, smooth batter.3.) Add the jalapeños, cheese and onions in the batter and mix.4.) Fry them in small batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.5.) Serve hot ... Enjoy!
