INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet filling (steam and shredded )Seasoning salt and pepper1 teaspoon ginger garlic, red chilli paste. 2 medium onions chopped1 teaspoon kashmiri powder1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/jeera powder(mixed)¼ teaspoon turmeric¼ teaspoon garum masala2 Tablespoons fresh green dhania (coriander) chopped. 2 Tablespoons oil1 Tablespoons butter ghee (Clarified butter)¼ cup frozen I and j mix veg. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
METHOD
Prepare chicken fillets wash ,steam shred and set aside.In a small saucepan preheat oil and add chopped onions saute , lower heat followed by spices, mix veg, simmer immediately add the prepared shredded chicken , drizzle butter ghee (Clarified butter) and cook for 5-7 careful not to overcook or else chicken becomes hard and stringy.Check for salt and taste.Toss gently.Once filling ready remove from stove top and cool.Add grated cheese, fresh chopped dhania (coriander), toss and fill Samosa pur.Fry in preheated clean oil, serve hot with red chilly sauce.Enjoy❤Shu-Hani❤
