Yummy on* Warm* Toast😋
1x kg chicken pieces, (cut & wash)1 teaspoon BBQ Spice1 level teaspoon Fisherman's Spice or any strong spice1 teaspoon Paprika spiceSalt to taste¼ teaspoon lemon pepper spice7 teaspoon Nola Mayoinaise1 teaspoon Jam½ teaspoon Garlic powderOil
Rub the chicken with the spices then add the mayoinaise & jam too. Mix well, drizzle oil in the pan & also on the chicken. Bake in pre-heated oven ( 190 degrees for 30/40 minutes), until done.Serve with sweet yellow rice & salad.
INFO & TIPS
Add more mayoinaise if the mixture not enough.
Low fat mayoinaise great to use for this recipe.
