INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts, cubed1 cup flour2 eggs, beatenHalf cup Dorita's Chips, break into crumbs. 1 cup BreadcrumbsMixed herbs(optional)Serve with a toss Salad & Roasted Potatoes.
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients together.Dip the chicken breasts in the egg & and then in the coating mixture.Deep fry until golden.
