½ kg Chicken Mince *Double recipe if using 1 kgHEAT3-4 tablespoon oil ADD1 Onion sliced SauteNow add½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 Cinamon sticks 1 whole Elachi (cardomom). 3 whole black pepper curry leaves 1 slit green chilliLet it braise till aroma arisesand onion turns a slight gold colorAdd1 full teaspoon ginger garlic pasteTossNow Add chicken mince let it turn colourNow add1 & ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon crushed red chilli1 full teaspoon dhana Jeera powder½ teaspoon tumericSalt to tasteCook few minutesAdd 1 large grated tomatoBraise now Add steam veges see below(1 cut up cubed potatoFew peas and few strips of robot peppers) Add little water if you prefer a slight wet mince curryCook till doneGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)
