In a PotBraise/SauteIn 3-4Tblsp Oil 1 Sliced Onion. 2 Whole Torn Red Dry Chilli½ teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin), tuj (cinnamon stick), 3 whole black pepper and 3-4 Curry Leaves Add ½ kg Mince Braise till it changes Colour add 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic and 2 pieces sliced GarlicAdd 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix, 1 full teaspoon tumeric, 1& ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder Or to taste ½ teaspoon Any mix Masala Braise 5 minutes Then add 1 Large Grated Tomato and 1 small finely chopped TomatoStir now add ½ Sliced small Cabbage Allow to cook When almost done Add handfull of steamed peas And add 2 Cubed Steamed PotatoesAdjust SALT AND CHILLI taste (OPTIONAL: At the End I Added 1 teaspoon TOMATO SAUCE) it just gives a different taste Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) SERVE WITH ROTI /ROLLS/NAAN ROTI ETC
