INGREDIENTS
Sliced cabbage
Chopped carrot
Chopped potato
Chopped ginger and garlic
Small grated tomato
DriedRed chilli (according to your taste)
Tumeric and salt (according to your taste)
Cumin seeds and mustard seeds
METHOD
Heat oil and some ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot.
Add in cumin and mustard seeds.
Heat for a minute taking care not to burn,then add the garlic and ginger and cook until it browns.
Then add the rest of the ingredients,and a little water.
Cook until soft and serve with roti.
INFO & TIPS
You can also add sliced onion when frying and curry leaves.
