500g Goulash Steak, cutted into cubes, oil in potOnion - ( Large) 3 Chillies chopped Old spice 5-6Cloves 4-51 Cup waterHalf cabbage, chopped1 teaspoon sugar5 potatoes Garlic - half teaspoonJiera - quarter teaspoonAny spice of your choice I used 1 stp chops & steak spiceSalt to taste
Fry the onion & braise with all the spices & garlic for a few minutes, add the chopped cabbage, not all once at little at a time, the water to the pot, cause cabbage has its own liquid.Add the potatoes cook for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are soft, (optional) can add more chillies if you like it very hot. Njoy with Rice & Mango Atchar.
