1⁄2 cup fresh cream
dhania (coriander) for garnish
1. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add steak and all the spices.
2. Cook for 1hour or till oil comes up. 3. Add fresh cream and simmer for minutes 4. Garnish with dhania (coriander) 5. Serve with creamy veges and rotI (I have tweaked the original recipe ) HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING 💜💜
