1kg fillet steak or rump steak
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chillie paste
1tbls lemon juice
2 level teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1curry spoon oil
1curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Β½ cup fresh cream
dhania (coriander) for garnish
1. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add steak and all the spices.
2. Cook for 1hour or till oil comes up. 3. Add fresh cream and simmer for minutes 4. Garnish with dhania (coriander) 5. Serve with creamy veges and rotI (I have tweaked the original recipe ) HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING ππ
