RECIPE
Braise 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with ¼ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds ¼ teaspoon Rye (black seed) curry leaves ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 dry red chilli and 1 slit green chilli Add in 2 cloves minced garlic ½ teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 chopped tomatoes 🍅 1 teaspoon chilli powder ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo SaltAllow to cook
Add in 3 potatoes cut into medium cubes 2½ cups shredded cabbage Cook on low for 45 minutes.Add water if necessary.Allow to cook till dry and and potatoes r soft.Serve with hot hot rotis
