1 box binda ( wash , dry and cut )
1 onion chopped
1 big potato cubed
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
½ teaspoon haldi
2 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
Salt to taste
4 to 5 tablespoon lemon juice
Wash and clean binda properly
In a wox or big non stick pan add a good amount of oil
Add onions and allow to soften
Add ginger garlic ground green chilies and braise
Add binda and cubed potatoes
Cook without lid for atleast 15 minutes or until all the stickiness has gone .
Add all the dry spices
Add lemon juice
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on .
INFO & TIPS
Try not to mix with the spoon after you have mixed the spices .
Binda breaks a lot .
